Punch Art


Here are some punch art examples to get you going... have fun!

punchbee.gif (34870 bytes)  pahive.jpg (3003 bytes) Here vellum wings are the perfect addition to the punch art bee.  The bee is the large scallop, the large heart, and the small circle.  The hive is the large scallop and the mini oval.  Note:  The black stripes are a cut up punchie.

Small ovals and stamp edgers make these Christmas lights an adorable adornment to a page.

This bat has double cut circles for wings.

candy.gif (24924 bytes) This peppermint candy has double cut circles cut in half for stripes and the wrapper is made with a corkscrew edger.

clown.gif (22437 bytes) Hearts, circles, a bow, a bell, and a flower punch (halved) make a cute clown.

Clouds make the spots on this giraffe.  Half a large square, a large circle, several small ovals, two mini hearts, a trimmed sun, and the tips from a royal border punch comprise the head and neck of this giraffe.

  The lion roars in made of large flowers, circles, and the trimmed negative pieces from the royal border punch.

Pumpkin.gif (7830 bytes) A simple pumpkin is constructed of three circles, a spiral, and a leaf.

babymoonb.gif (50566 bytes) Circles, hearts, bows, and stars make these babies hanging from the stars.

globe.gif (19736 bytes) No classroom is complete without a globe;  this one is a large balloon, a large circle, a small oval, two mini circles, and clouds for the continents.


Flowers can be created from many different basic shapes.
